The solid wall flask is a stainless steel casting cylinder with a smooth, unperforated bore for general investment and vacuum casting. Like the perforated flask, it is rolled from ERW or seamless stainless pipe and finished in our Mumbai workshop.
It is offered with or without a top flange and with the same locating bar options, cross bar, two parallel bars, or single bar. With-flange flasks add a 7–8 mm flange (outer diameter B + 1″) for clamping and vacuum sealing, welded top and bottom with submarine-grade TIG.
