Porosity burrs cut away gas porosity and surface pits from castings before finishing, so the piece can be polished without chasing pinholes. Indco Tools makes them in solid tungsten carbide for a long cutting life.
They are offered with four facet counts, 12, 18, 24, and 36, and in two sizes.
