Stainless Steel Perforated Flask
Drilled-wall stainless steel investment-casting flask in 304/316/310 grade, Ø2″–6″ and 3″–18″ tall, with or without a flange.

The perforated flask is a stainless steel casting cylinder with a drilled wall that lets steam and gas escape quickly during burnout, so the investment vents evenly. Indco Tools rolls it from ERW or seamless stainless pipe and finishes it in our own Mumbai workshop.
It is offered with or without a top flange, and with a locating bar across the opening to hold the wax tree, in cross bar, two parallel bar, or single bar configurations. With-flange flasks add a 7–8 mm flange (outer diameter B + 1″) and are welded top and bottom with submarine-grade TIG.
