What sizes of casting flasks do you offer?

Our stainless steel flasks come in diameters from 2″ to 6″ and heights from 3″ to 18″, in perforated or solid-wall styles, with or without a flange. Wall thickness is 3–3.2 mm and flanges are 7–8 mm thick.

Which stainless steel grades are used for the flasks?

Flasks are made from 304, 316, or 310 stainless steel using ERW or seamless pipe, with submarine-grade TIG welding on the top and bottom so they survive repeated burnout cycles.

What graver profiles and sizes are available?

We supply European-grade HSS gravers in four profiles: flat, half round, onglette, and knife, with full Europe and USA size tables. Gravers are 105 mm long and individually pouch-packed at 12 pieces per box.

Gravers are ordered from 60 pieces per size in boxes of 12, with a 100-box minimum order overall. Custom packing is available on request. Contact us with your requirement for flasks, sprue bases, gaskets, and burrs.
