Silicone gaskets seal the flask against the table or sprue base so vacuum holds during investing and casting. The heat-resistant silicone keeps its seal through repeated cycles.
They are made in standard sizes from 2″ to 6″ to match the flask diameter, in two standard thicknesses: 3 mm and 5 mm.
